Tumoana Tahitian Dance School

We are a community based school that teaches all students Tahitian dance, language, costumes and history.
Tumoana is an Award winning group and has schools in Portland Oregon and continues to share their dances worldwide.
Kauaʻi residents Aldrine & Aaron, world famous ʻukulele performers and instructors based on Kauaʻi. Aldrine and Aaron are currently operating the AG ʻUkulele Academy, which offers 'ukulele lessons for players of all ages on the island of Kauaʻi.
Paul Togioka has received numerous awards during his career including “Best Recording by a Slack Key Artist” and “Best Hawaiian Instrumental Recording” by the HAWAIIAN MUSIC AWARDS.
Paul is also a featured artist at the HAWAIIAN SLACK KEY GUITAR FESTIVALS and on the two time GRAMMY Nominated and Nã Hökü Hanohano Award Winning CD “Hawaiian Slack Key Kings.”

Chocolate’s Origins: The Healing Magic of Cacao as an Ancestral Medicine.
PURCHASE a ticket to Join Kate Colibrí in an interactive workshop. Learn about the beneficial physical, emotional, and spiritual offerings of raw cacao at the 9th Kauaʻi Chocolate & Coffee Festival. This is an additional paid workshop at the event.
Happening Sunday, October 20 from1:00 pm. join Kate Colibrí in an interactive workshop, where you’ll learn about the beneficial physical, emotional, and spiritual offerings of raw cacao, the history of the ancestral medicine and its evolution over time, and even have a taste of ceremonial brewed cacao, cultivated in ancestral practices and brewed by an initiated cacao medicine carrier. We will also explore cacao applied topically as a delicious and heart-opening medicine oil, and sample some of the creations in Kate’s herbal apothecary. Expect to develop a deeper appreciation for chocolate, and have your mind and heart opened to relating to cacao, and to yourself, with reverence and gratitude.
