A look into how you can combine chocolate with coffee to delight in a warm, energizing, combination to start your day. 

Maddy Smith is the founder of Barefoot Chocolatini, a boutique chocolate company rooted in Hawaiʻi and guided by values of sustainability, community, and taste. She specializes in drinking chocolates, immersive tastings, and cacao farm tours and consulting—offering luxurious, educational experiences from tree to tastebud. With over a decade in the field, Maddy brings warmth, expertise, and deep respect for the land to everything she creates.

Kauaʻi residents Aldrine & Aaron, world famous ʻukulele performers and instructors based on Kauaʻi.  Aldrine and Aaron are currently operating the AG ʻUkulele Academy, which offers 'ukulele lessons for players of all ages on the island of Kauaʻi.

Roddy is a lead Singer/ Guitarist with the Nã Hökü Hanohano Award Winning Group, The Pandanus Club, and a solo recording artist of Hawaiian & Contemporary Music.

Paul Togioka has received numerous awards during his career including “Best Recording by a Slack Key Artist” and “Best Hawaiian Instrumental Recording” by the HAWAIIAN MUSIC AWARDS.

Paul is also a featured artist at the HAWAIIAN SLACK KEY GUITAR FESTIVALS and on the two time GRAMMY Nominated and Nã Hökü Hanohano Award Winning CD “Hawaiian Slack Key Kings.”
